BBNaija Season 10: Week 4 Wager Task – A Nostalgic Celebration of Old Nollywood
The Big Brother Naija Season 10 house is about to take viewers on a sentimental journey back in time as the theme for Week 4’s wager is “Nostalgia.” This week, the housemates will be celebrating the golden era of Nigerian film and television, paying tribute to Old Nollywood and the iconic stars who shaped the industry.
As part of the task, the house will be split into two teams using the lucky box. Each group is expected to put up a stage play inspired by unforgettable Nollywood moments, characters, and storylines that once ruled Nigerian screens.
The plays will not only draw inspiration from legendary Nollywood movies but also from the lives and careers of the actors who made them timeless.
To make the performances even more authentic, housemates are expected to share personal memories of how Nollywood impacted their lives and weave these experiences into a single, cohesive storyline.
Performance Guidelines
- Each play should last for an average of 20 minutes.
- Teams must come up with a unique title, which will also serve as their team name.
- Props, costumes, and other materials can be requested to enhance the storytelling.
- After tomorrow’s workout session, teams are expected to submit their team names and prop lists to Big Brother.
The wager will be judged based on creativity, engagement, and the ability to embody Old Nollywood characters.
The Reward
The winning team will enjoy the special privilege of overseeing the house shopping on Saturday and will also be in charge of food rationing for the entire house in the coming week.
This week’s task is not just about winning it’s an opportunity for the housemates to honor the pioneers of Nollywood, the men and women who laid the foundation for what has now become one of the world’s top three film industries.
