Team Certified Fit Shines as Winners of the Power Oil Task in BBNaija Season 10 Week 8
The housemates of Big Brother Naija Season 10 had an electrifying day in Week 8 as they took part in the Power Oil Task, a challenge filled with creativity, intellect, energy, and team spirit.
The task was divided into three engaging games, with housemates split into two groups:
Team Certified Healthy (Dede, Kola, Imisi, Mide, Kaybobo, and Faith)
Team Certified Fit (Sultana, Rooboy, Mensan, Jason, Koyin, Zita, and Isabella).
The rules of the task required each team to carry a backpack containing balls some blank and some inscribed with words. A representative from each team had to carry the backpack throughout the games, and whenever a team won, they would remove a ball with words and place it in their basket.
Game 1: Power Oil Rap Battle
The first showdown saw the housemates put their creativity to the test in a rap battle. Each team was given keywords to craft and perform a rap within five minutes. The energy was high, the rhymes were sharp, and the performance set the tone for the rest of the challenge. The winning team of this game secured 20 points.
Game 2: Know It Well
This round tested the housemates’ knowledge and quick thinking. Across three trivia rounds, each team selected categories displayed on the screen and had 60 seconds to mention as many related items as possible. Biggie later revealed the correct survey answers and awarded points.
At the end of this round, the scoreboard stood at:
- Team Certified Healthy – 20 points
- Team Certified Fit – 40 points
Game 3: Shake It Off
The final game was all about energy and stamina. Players strapped containers filled with colored balls to their waist and shook them off into a pit. It was as hilarious as it was competitive, with housemates giving it their all to empty the containers.
After this exciting round, the scores came in as:
- Team Certified Healthy – 44 points
- Team Certified Fit – 65 points
The Big Win
With a commanding lead, Team Certified Fit (Sultana, Rooboy, Mensan, Jason, Koyin, Zita, and Isabella) emerged victorious in the Power Oil Task. Their teamwork, energy, and knowledge secured them the well-deserved win.
